Copa Jewellers operates a strict 21-Day Returns policy.
This policy covers items bought from our online store and all goods must be returned unworn, with security tag in the original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase (a copy of the confirmation email with order number). Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons earrings will not be exchanged under any circumstances. Special orders, altered items, engraved items, and bespoke jewellery cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. We offer this returns policy in addition to your statutory rights.
Return an Item by Post:
Should you wish to exchange or return an item, please return the item to the address below by registered post* within 21 days of receiving your order. All goods must be returned unworn, with security tags in the original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items presented in-store are only eligible for an Exchange – we cannot process a refund in store. Please see below. Refunds will only be made via the original payment method.

Copa Jewellers are not responsible for any items lost in transit while being returned to us. To ensure your items are covered for any loss or damage and that their journey back is recorded, we advise that all items are returned by registered post.
The cost of postage is not covered by any refund or credit note that may be given.
Return a Web Order to Copa Jewellers Shop:
Alternatively, you may return the item(s) to our Copa Jewellers Shop, accompanied by the original receipt which would have been emailed to you when the order was placed, for a 21 Day exchange.
You will be able to receive a direct exchange or credit note but will not be able to receive a refund by this method of return. The store cannot provide refunds on online orders.
Please make sure you bring with you the receipt of purchase that was emailed to you at time of purchase.
Please note: Orders paid for using PayPal cannot be returned in-store, they must be sent by post for a full refund to be processed.
For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept the exchange or refund of earrings, special items, altered items, engraved items or bespoke jewellery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
